Frequently asked questions
Which calendar providers does Hetk support?
Hetk currently supports Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and Apple iCloud. We're working on additional providers.
Is my calendar data safe?
Hetk connects via OAuth (Google, Microsoft) or app-specific passwords (Apple). We never see your provider passwords. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. See our security page for details.
How does billing work?
Hetk is billed annually. You enter payment details when starting your trial, but you're not charged until the 21-day trial ends. Payments are processed through Stripe.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, cancel anytime from the billing portal. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
What happens to my data if I delete my account?
All your data is permanently deleted — tokens, sync relationships, and account information. Events already synced to your calendars remain as regular events.
Do you offer team plans?
Not yet. Hetk currently serves individual users. Team plans are on the roadmap.
